My recent stay at this hotel in Kuching exceeded all my expectations in every way. The air conditioning unit in my spacious room worked perfectly, providing a cool and refreshing escape from the tropical heat, while the flat-screen TV offered a great entertainment selection for some downtime. I was especially impressed by the staff's attentiveness; upon my departure, they returned two SIM cards I had accidentally left behind, showcasing their commitment to excellent service. Enjoying my morning tea from the electric kettle in the cozy sitting area made my stay feel even more welcoming. This hotel combines convenience, comfort, and attentive service, making it an outstanding choice for any traveler.
